ТЕМИ МАГІСТЕРСЬКИХ РОБІТ і ДИПЛОМНИХ ПРОЕКТІВ на 2007-2008
У зв’язку з початком виконання кафедрою системного проектування ІПСА НТУУ”КПІ” Державної програми „Створення національної Grid інфраструктури” і участю в Європейській програмі з Grid пропонуються для дослідження та розв’язання наступні теми, сформовані на англійській мові для полегшення пошуку в мережі необхідних матеріалів :
- Grid infrastructure interoperability analysis and Grid service for interoperability
- Grid public services analysis
- Services for climate & earth sciences
- Knowledge portal. Grid operation support for GILDA.
- Secure access system integration
- Services for engineering
- Services for business
- Regional repository of the training materials and corresponding web-interface. Loading the localized versions of the training materials to Digital Library.
- Development and preparation of the training materials (presentations, lectures, web-pages, printed materials) for Grid beginners, experienced users and system administrators (in Ukrainian and Russian as well).
- Middleware Deployment and Support including creation and support the Middleware Repository .
- Creation of Ukrainian VOs on Earth sciences, geophysics and Economics
- Creation of t-infrastructure as a training infrastructure for Ukraine.
- Advanced Accounting management services
- Agents in Grid infrastructure for upgrading of software of Grid nodes and of user devices using JADE, the state of the art agent platform of today.
- DataMining and Grids: managing large-scale computations by new algorithmic approaches, powerful and distributed computing resources and efficient, scalable, and transparent software (http://www.datamininggrid.org).
- Optimization methods on Grid architecture: selecting multi-objective optimization evolutionary algorithms (MOEAs) and develop strategies for their Grid implementation as in the project CEEX GridMOSI.
- Symbolic computation on Grid architecture: synthesis of Groebner bases algorithms, that should be more efficient that the one synthesized at the moment, by adding efficiency specifications to the algorithm scheme used (CPC - Critical Pairs/Completion ) as in European SysteMaThEx project.
- Grid workflow management systems: to identify and handle failures and support reliable execution in the presence of concurrency and failures intermediate data has to be staged out to corresponding Grid sites as it done in European project K-Wf-Grid.
- MathBroker: dynamic load management for irregular computations; cost estimations for complex Symbolic Computations; foresight of system and application needs; construction of contract resource negotiators and resource brokers for complex Symbolic Computations (SCIEnce project and MONET project).
- Open source application based on the finite element method (FEM) for solving partial differential equations (PDE) and a library of finite element C++ classes for the multipurpose development of finite element software (http://network.com/ application).
